One measure of the pre-eminence of the United States is that 35% of Americans would consider moving to another country; and that one segment of the population, young people, skew those results because 55% of them would consider the move. Better and cheaper health care is one of the reasons to find someplace else. Technology enabled communications means moving has become easier. A push and a pull and people will move. Those aren’t the only pushes and pulls, so more migration may be expected.
