It has been slow, but wage growth is finally happening. The Atlanta Fed just released data from a new process. According to it, wages grew at 3.3%. That’s ahead of inflation. The distribution of the wages between income levels, and the influence of benefits may be in the depths of the report. For now, celebrate a bit of good news for its face value.
