Climate change is not just sea level rise and weather upsets. Climate affects environment, so allergens, smoke from wildfires, heat and cold extremes affect people directly, and already. Physicians can already track the impact. Sea walls and flood protection may help cities and farms, but people may need elevated defenses as well – which, of course, elevates health care costs.
