You get what you pay for. But, if you paid for it, and didn’t get it, it makes sense to ask for your money back. Some student loans were made under the promise of particular employment expectations. Take out the loan, take the right classes, get good grades, get a good job, pay off the loans and live a good life. If that logic is oversold and presented as a guarantee, then the loan may have been made under false pretenses. Thousands of students and millions of their dollars may benefit from action against some institutions and schools.
