In ten years, guns killed 346,681 Americans. A large portion of the population supports gun rights and significant resources are spent to improve access to guns. In those same ten years, terrorists killed 312 Americans, and the US has spent trillions fighting terrorists. In the meantime, heart disease and diabetes kill far more. Health care and gun care are proportionally far more important than terrorism in terms of American lives.
