There are plenty of stories about hackers. They’ve gone from fringe to mainstream to key components in military campaigns. There are plenty of stories about drones. They started as military training targets to surveillance systems to weapons platforms – and recently have become a consumer phenomenon. The two trends are converging. Hackers are sending sensors up 15 miles to spy on the drones that are spying on people, and as reported earlier, using drones to hack other drones. An aerial information battle is beginning, no human intervention necessary.
