The Internet is everywhere! Or at least it seems so when in a city, in an industrialized country, and you can afford the devices. Someone decided to find every device possible and map them out. The result, a map of the Internet that is predominantly Europe, the eastern half of the United States, The US West Coast, and small but dense concentrations in far east Asia. India and Brazil are getting busy. The Internet is not, however, everywhere; and is not reaching everyone. Assuming otherwise assumes an elitist attitude. Most of the world is only beginning to get on the net. As they do, the predominant language, attitude, and culture will probably change.
