Computers may take over the world, but there will always be a place for humans and art. Well, even art history majors now have competition. Computers are analyzing art to find similarities, threads, and influences through color and pattern matching. Research that would take humans months or years is being done in days or weeks. The research is easier, but the analysis and interpretation are the same human endeavour – at least for now.
