Congratulations to all of the folks that didn’t want GMO foods and acted accordingly. The market for non-GMO food, or food classic, has grown from $1.2B in 2011 to $8.5B in 2014. Farmers are taking notice, and returning to planting crops the old way, and charging a bit higher for it, too.
