The Pay It Forward movement is unorganized, and subsequently more authentic. A fine example is a man who made “enough” on Wall Street, then quit his job to open a pizza parlor that lets people pay it forward. Add a dollar to your bill, and eventually someone who needs it gets a free pizza. An interesting societal shift would be if a majority of people, upon reaching their “enough” number, then found ways to pay it forward by stepping back into other roles. Commendable.
