Whether this incarnation works or not, the innovative reuse of existing infrastructure is applauded. London, like many cities, has networks of abandoned or little used tunnels. Some were for subways, others for utilities. Clean them up. Light them up. Fill them with bicycles, and move more people without adding congestion to city streets.
