The Swiss Bank untied the Swiss Franc from the Euro. The Swiss aren’t part of the EU, but much of the EU uses mortgages tied to the Swiss Franc. As the Swiss Franc rises, mortgage payments increase, relative equity values decrease, and a mortgage crisis may have begun. Here we go again?
