Wealth and income inequalities exist in every culture and country. The troubles in America, however, have a different affect. Compared to Australia and Canada, people in the American middle class are having a much tougher time. Each country’s economy is different. Each country’s policies are different. The data show that it is possible for the middle class to have a much higher standard of living but the American middle class has to recover from the housing crisis, and policy must shift.
