Oh no, say it ain’t so; but, it looks like the same dysfunctional tactics and strategies that enabled the housing bubble part of the Great Recession continue. As the dysfunction continues, the hazards accumulate until they become untenable. Pop. Logic suggests that if nothing is changed, the outcomes won’t change either. Take that pop and switch the letters around. Oops.
