Here’s a novel concept. How about only using things when they’re available? Efficient uses of resources can be as simple as not trying to use them when they’re hard to get. Each what’s in season. Don’t go into debt to buy. Adjust energy usage to energy production instead of building for momentary peak demands. At least one community is doing this.
