Cyberwar has become constant, and quiet, and secret. We see the digital shrapnel and hear the virtual booms from attacks when the news reports of breaches and web site slowdowns. The US Department of Defense will publicly create a Cyber Mission Force to guard against national emergencies created by attackers. It is a battlefield that few will see or understand.
