Skip the details. First, congratulate Costa Rica on getting all of their energy from clean sources. An entire country that hasn’t had to burn any fossil fuels to generate electricity. That’s impressive. The advantages they have are significant: lots of rain for hydropower, lots of sun for solar power, lots of volcanoes for geothermal power. The biggest advantage they have, though, is the political will to change. Congratulations!
