Wall Street bonuses are legendary, to the extent that we lose perspective on them. In a rough estimation, all of America’s minimum wage workers only made about half of what Wall Street paid out in bonuses, that’s the bonuses, not the including the salaries. Take every waitress and waiter, every person paid minimum wage, and even with their greater population size, they only make half of what the financial workers make in bonuses alone. Income inequality in perspective.
