Wealth accumulation is mimicking income concentration. The 99% see only slight increases, and know the rest is within the 1%. Within the 1% though, there’s another 99% that knows that the real accumulation is happening within the 1% of the 1%. Some of the loudest voices for change may be the multi-millionaires who are realizing they will never be billionaires – and who also realize that the greater 99% don’t see the distinction within that top 1%. The greatest advocates for change that improves the lives of the 99% may be the mega-rich just below the ultra-rich.
