At least on the Internet, there are more bots than humans. We built the Internet for us, but we are already a minority. Considering that most of the bandwidth is sucked up by spam, a case can be made that we are experiencing a slow onset to the Digital Singularity. The abrupt event of the Singularity will probably have a rampup preceding it.
