We have to find a way to feed the people. We actually grow more than is necessary, and yet hunger remains. Rather than switch our kind of farming, reduce the waste. More than 30% of the food grown is never eaten. Flip that number and we can feed a population roughly 50% larger than today’s, simply by not letting food go to waste.
